This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and issue resolutions are handled for orders placed through our website, phone, or at our outlets in Delhi NCR and Dehradun.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Takeaway & Delivery Orders (Placed via Website / Phone / App)

• Orders once placed generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
• If a customer requests cancellation due to a genuine reason, the request may be reviewed by our team.
• In approved cases, instead of a monetary refund, a voucher for the same order value may be issued.
• This voucher can be used in the future whenever the customer places another order with us.
• The voucher amount will be adjusted as a discount in the customer’s next order or catering booking.

b. Dine-In Orders

• Orders placed at our dine-in outlets cannot be cancelled once confirmed with our service team.
• If there is any service or preparation issue, customers are encouraged to inform the outlet manager immediately for quick resolution.

2. Refund Policy

Vegorama generally does not provide monetary refunds once an order is placed. In cases where a cancellation request is approved due to a valid reason, the company may issue a voucher equivalent to the order amount instead of a refund.

This voucher can be used for future orders, takeaway purchases, or catering bookings, where the value will be adjusted as a discount at the time of billing.

3. Returns Policy

As we deal in freshly prepared food items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or consumed, except in cases such as:

• Incorrect order delivered
• Spoiled or unfit food (verified by our team)

In such situations, customers should contact us within 30 minutes of delivery so our team can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

To request a cancellation or raise an issue regarding an order:

• Mention your Order ID, contact details, and reason for the request
• Alternatively, you can call our customer support team
